The Government charges no fee for SAM. All Vendors can register and seek business opportunities free of charge.
Step 1 - Verify your Qualification
Are you a local source (e.g., Corporation or Partnership) that is physically located in Japan and authorized (i.e., licensed and registered) to conduct business in Japan? If you qualify as a local source, please go to Step 2.
Step 2 - SAM Registration
Are you registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)? If not, please go to https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ for registration.
Step 3 - Submitting a Contractor Application
If this is your first time seeking business opportunities with Japan Engineer District or you need to update your company information and brochure file, please complete the Contractor Application form and submit it with required attachments to:
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan Engineer District, Bldg. 250, Room 147 Camp Zama, Zama-shi, Kanagawa-ken, Japan 228-8920, along with your first bid/proposal to Japan Engineer District.
