Col. John S. Hurley, commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District presents, Dewai Wong, chief of the district’s Project Management Branch Okinawa, with the Bronze Order of the de Fluery Medal, on his departure from the Japan District to New York. The Army Engineer Association on behalf of the Engineer Regiment awards the medal to honor individuals who have provided significant contributions to Army engineering.
