Iwakuni Resident Office Construction Inspector David Daggett receives a USACE Chief's Coin from JED Commander John Hurley on March 27. Daggett was recognized for his efforts in leading the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) program with schools and grade 9 through 12 students in the MCAS Iwakuni area.
