Japan Engineer District Commander Col. John Hurley and Japan Ground Self Defense 4th Engineer Group Commander Col. Yoshihiro Yamasaki met July 25 to reflect on their partnership and exchanged mementos. Col. Yamasaki is departing Camp Zama and will continue his career in Tokyo as the chief of a peacekeeping organization.
