Japan Engineer District Commander Col. John Hurley presents Japan Ground Self Defense 4th Engineer Group Commander Col. Yoshihiro Yamasaki with a Certificate of Appreciation and a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regimental Crest July 25 as part of a farewell presentation. The two met briefly to reflect on their partnership and exchanged mementos. Col. Yamasaki is departing Camp Zama and will continue his career in Tokyo as the chief of a peacekeeping organization.
