Congratulations to JED's Relocate U.S. Naval Hospital-Okinawa Complex Project Delivery Team being selected as the 2014 USACE PDT of the Year for Excellence. Program Manager Bill Prout, Okinawa Area Office accepted the award from LTG Thomas Bostick on Aug. 7 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The Hospital Complex Relocation to Camp Foster is part of the land return initiative under the Special Action Committee on Okinawa (SACO) program as part of the Government of Japan's Host Nation Construction Program.
