Representatives from Japan Engineer District attended the groundbreaking for Kinnick High School at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka. The ceremony featured many honored guests including Rear Adm. Carl Lahti, Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Japan, Dr. Jackie Ferguson, DoDEA Pacific East District Superintendent, and our very own Steve Karwan, JED Engineering Chief.
