a. Obtain a NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) Code
NCAGE Code を取得する
(1) Register at the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) website at, https://www.nspa.nato.int.
登録はNSPA のサイトで行う。
(2) Go to the link below for instructions on how to get to the NCAGE Code Request Tool at the NSPA website.

b. Register at the System of Award Management (SAM.gov)
SAM.govで会社登録する
(1) There is no fee to register at SAM.gov.
SAM.govへの登録は無料です。
(2) NCAGE code is required for non-U.S. vendors to register at SAM.gov.
非米国企業がSAM.gov で登録するにはNCAGE Codeが必要。
(3) Registration instructions are available at SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov).
会社登録するための手順はSAM.govで記載されている。
c. CYBERSECURITY MATURITY MODEL CERTIFICATION (CMMC) 2.0 NOTICE
サイバーセキュリティ成熟度モデル認証 (CMMC) 2.0 に関するお知らせ
Description: DoD published the final CMMC rule on September 10, 2025, ref. 90 Federal Register (FR) 43560, with an effective date of November 10, 2025.
概要: 米国防総省（DoD）は、2025年9月10日にCMMCの最終規則（90 Federal Register (FR) 43560）を発表しました。発効日は2025年11月10日 です。
DoD’s CMMC Program mandates that all organizations handling Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) maintain specific cybersecurity maturity levels to protect sensitive data. CMMC provides a consistent methodology to assess compliance with cybersecurity requirements and standards set forth in the 48 CFR 52.204-21; National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171, Basic Safeguarding of Covered Contractor Information Systems.
DoDのCMMCプログラムは、連邦契約情報（FCI）または管理対象非格付情報（CUI）を取り扱うすべての組織に対し、機密データを保護するために特定のサイバーセキュリティ成熟度レベルを維持することを義務付けています。CMMCは、48 CFR 52.204-21に定められたサイバーセキュリティ要件および規格、および米国国立標準技術研究所（NIST）特別刊行物（SP）800-171「被覆請負業者情報システムの基本的な保護策（Basic Safeguarding of Covered Contractor Information Systems）」に準拠しているかを評価するための一貫した手法を提供します。
USACE Japan District anticipates that all solicitations issued on or after November 10, 2025 will require Basic (Level 1) certification or higher. If your company is not certified at Basic (Level 1) or higher you will not be eligible to receive a contract award.
米陸軍工兵隊日本地区（USACE Japan District）は、2025年11月10日以降に発行されるすべての入札公告 において、ベーシック（レベル1）以上の認証を必須とすることを予定しています。ベーシック（レベル1）以上の認証を取得していない会社は契約を締結する資格を得ることができません。

(1) To search for opportunities with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Japan District, use keyword “us army engineer district jpn”.
USACE, Japan Districtの入札案件は「us army engineer district jpn」で検索する。
(2) Notices posted in Contract Opportunities by the USACE, Japan District for construction and service requirements are generally intended for local sources only.
USACE, Japan DistrictのContract Opportunitiesに掲載された工事及びサービスに関する案件は、通常日本の業者のみを対象としている。
(3) Local sources are those sources (e.g., Corporations or Partnerships) that are physically located in Japan and authorized (i.e., licensed and registered) to conduct business in Japan.
日本の業者とは、物理的に日本に所在し、日本で仕事を行う権利（日本国内で法人登記され、許可を有する）を取得している業者を意味しています。
